周五美股开盘后，费城 半导体 指数再度上涨近1%，继昨日后再创历史新高。 （费城 半导体 指数日线图，来源：TradingView） 随着芯片指数本周暴拉近10%， 美国银行 分析师 Vivek Arya博士带领的团队在周五发布最新报告，预期继2023年 半导体 行业普遍大涨后，将会出现一些“板块内轮动”。话虽如此， 围绕着复杂芯片、产业回流等逻辑的长期增长趋势应该能持续下去 。 顺便一提，本周费半指数上涨的一大助力就是白宫开始发放科技产业补贴了——美国国防承包商BAE系统拿到近3500万美元的拨款，这也是《2022芯片与科学法案》框架下的首笔联邦拨款。据悉，BAE系统将用这笔钱升级新罕布什尔州的工厂，大幅提高F-15和F-35等战斗机的关键芯片制造。 如何“轮动”？ 美银分析师指出， 从2022年三季度开始的消费芯片库存调整，看上去似乎已经结束了 。美银将2023-2025年的芯片销售额预期，分别提高至 5120亿美元、5890亿美元和6710亿美元 。 行业整体欣欣向荣，但个股亦有悲欢的参差。 在周五的报告中，美银将 超微半导体 （AMD）、 美光科技 以及 和康电讯 的评级从“中性”调整为“买入”，另外 英特尔 的评级也上调至“中性”。 与此同时，美银将 格芯 、 Axcelis科技 的评级下调为“中性”，与 苹果 关系密切的测试设备大厂 泰瑞达 评级被下调为“减持”。 至于今年上涨超过200%的 英伟达 ，美银指出算力龙头对应2024年和2025年的市盈率只有24倍和20倍，甚至还意味着“许多人对生成式AI投资的可持续性抱有怀疑”。美银分析师认为，现在去预测“顶在哪里”为时尚早，这种趋势可能需要几十年的时间才能显现。他们同时指出 英伟达 是“首选股”，并给出700美元的目标价 。 （ 英伟达 日线图，来源：TradingView） 在细分领域方面， 云计算 和AI方面除了AMD以外，美银也看好 博通 和
