12月17日晚间， 盛新锂能 发布对四川启成矿业有限公司增资 公告 。公告称，公司于2023年12月16日召开第八届董事会第八次会议，审议通过了《关于对四川启成矿业有限公司增资的议案》。四川启成矿业有限公司（简称“启成矿业”）为公司全资子公司四川盛屯锂业有限公司（简称“盛屯锂业”）的参股公司，盛屯锂业和四川泰宸矿业有限公司（简称“泰宸矿业”）分别持有启成矿业38%、62%股权。2023年12月16日，盛屯锂业与启成矿业、泰宸矿业签署《四川启成矿业有限公司增资协议》，盛屯锂业拟以自有资金50000万元对启成矿业进行增资。增资完成后，启成矿业的注册资本由83333.3333万元变更为90924.0076万元，盛屯锂业和泰宸矿业将分别持有启成矿业43.18%、56.82%股权。启成矿业为雅江县惠绒矿业有限责任公司（简称“惠绒矿业”）的控股 股东 ，其主要资产为持有的惠绒矿业股权，惠绒矿业持有四川省雅江县木绒矿山的探矿权。本次交易在公司董事会审议权限范围内，无需提交公司 股东大会 审议。 （文章来源： 证券 日报）
