12月24日，小米公司发言人在社交媒体发文澄清，近日，有大量关于某芯片公司与小米相关的谣言和不实报道在网上流传。对于这些不负责任、完全失实的信息，小米集团已经完成取证并上报有关部门。 小米集团高度重视 知识产权 ，坚决反对通过不法手段窃取商业秘密的行为，但也坚决反对通过歪曲解读新闻事件、拉踩抹黑等手段误导公众，恶意贬低他人合法商誉的不正当竞争行为。 澄清中提到，小米集团旗下投资公司瀚星创业投资有限公司，于2022年参与某芯片公司融资，此举为正常得不能再正常的财务投资行为。 先后参与该芯片公司多轮融资的，共计有多支国家与地方政府产业发展 基金 ，以及20多家财务投资机构。作为该公司的众多 股东 之一，小米既不是最早的投资者，也不是投资规模最大的投资者，更不是在数轮融资中起主导地位的投资者。 同时，小米既不参与该芯片公司的直接管理和运营，更与该公司没有任何 知识产权 或技术合作。 自2017年以来，小米集团和多家友商旗下的投资公司或相关的国家和地方产业基金，已经共同投资了数十家 半导体 公司。这些公司在推动芯片供应多元化和国产技术发展方面发挥了重要作用，其中不少都成长为了业内众多友商的重要供应商。 小米集团重申，小米高度重视 知识产权 ，坚决反对通过不法手段窃取商业秘密的行为，但也坚决反对通过歪曲解读新闻事件、拉踩抹黑等手段误导公众，恶意贬低他人合法商誉的不正当竞争行为。 （文章来源：大河财立方）
