12月24日，全国基层医疗高质量发展援建工程签约暨启动仪式在宁夏银川市贺兰县人民医院举行，贺兰县被正式纳入“全国基层医疗高质量发展援建工程”项目100个试点县(区)之中。启动仪式上，中国初级卫生保健 基金 会与贺兰县签署战略合作协议，并向贺兰县捐赠了第一批总价值2000万元的医疗设备物资。 现场授牌。贺兰县委宣传部供图 中国初级卫生保健基金会成立于1996年，是由中国农工民主党中央委员会主办、国家卫健委主管、民政部登记注册的具有公募资格的4A级基金会。目前，中国初级卫生保健基金会已发展成为一家品牌项目优秀、内部管理规范、规模全国领先、具有较高社会美誉度和业界影响力的公益组织。该基金会自成立以来，累计公益支出规模超过300亿元，覆盖全国1000多个县(市、区)，下设公益基金150余个，援助公益项目500多个，受益人口3亿人，为中国初级卫生保健事业的发展作出了突出贡献。 此次中国初级卫生保健基金会将贺兰县纳入“全国基层医疗高质量发展援建工程”项目试点县(区)，将为当地提供医疗项目援建，帮助基层医疗机构提升医疗卫生服务水平，促进基层医疗高质量发展。同时，贺兰县将以“全国基层医疗高质量发展援建工程”公益平台为桥梁，增强与发达地区的文化与经济联动，在 乡村振兴 、文化振兴、招商引资、劳动力就业等领域达成很多合作意向，助力地方经济繁荣与发展。 “全国基层医疗高质量发展援建工程试点落户贺兰县，对持续提升贺兰县医疗质量和服务水平、为人民群众提供更加高质量的健康服务意义重大。希望在贺兰县党委、政府的关心支持下，以及广大公众的关注参与下，共同为初级卫生公益事业的发展贡献力量。”中国初级卫生保健基金会专职副秘书长兼事业发展中心主任、全国基层医疗高质量发展援建工程办公室主任汪辉表示。(完) （文章来源：中国新闻网）
