东区裁判法院周二裁定前立法会议员梁国雄藐视立法会罪名成立，被判入狱 14 天。 . <\/p>\n

66 岁的梁先生于 11 月 15 日从时任发展局副局长马志明手中抢走一个文件夹，被判违反《立法会(权力及特权)条例》， 2016 年，在立法会小组会议上。 <\/p>\n

首席裁判官艾达琳在宣判时说，梁无视小组主席的命令，扰乱了会议秩序。 她说他的行为影响了其他与会者，使他们无法履行宪法义务。<\/p>\n

她注意到梁之前曾犯过类似的罪行，并为他的刑期设定了 21 天的起点<\/p>\n

但裁判官决定将刑期缩短一周，考虑到梁先生已担任公职多年，而且他患有心脏病.<\/p>\n

法院裁定，已经因其他与抗议有关的罪行入狱的梁将不得不单独服刑。<\/p>\n

2021 年 9 月，在梁与律政司就该案进行多年的法律斗争后，终审法院作出有利于政府的裁决，并驳回了梁为延缓对该罪行提起公诉的申请.<\/p>\n

市最高法院裁定梁的行为不受立法会的权力和特权保护。 案件随后交回东区裁判法院重审。 <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
