上证报中国 证券 网讯 国城矿业 1月3日晚间 公告 ，公司于近日收到重要参股子公司（持有48%股权）——马尔康金鑫矿业有限公司通知，其已取得了自然资源部核发的生产规模为100万吨\/年的《中华人民共和国采矿许可证》（证号：C1 2023125218000664）。 根据公告，金鑫矿业位于马尔康市党坝乡地拉秋村，拥有马尔康党坝锂辉石矿山，矿区面积2.8336平方公里，开采矿种包括锂矿、铌矿、钽矿、铍矿、锡矿，开采方式为地下开采，生产规模100万吨\/年，采矿许可证有效期限30年，即自2023年12月17日至2053年12月16日。 国城矿业 表示，本次金鑫矿业采矿许可证生产规模提升至100万吨\/年，将有助于进一步提升其可持续发展能力与核心竞争力，并对公司的长远发展产生积极影响。公司后续将协助金鑫矿业积极推进其矿山开采建设与开发工作。 据悉，2022年9月， 国城矿业 通过全资子公司——四川国城合融 新能源 技术开发有限责任公司和北京国城嘉华科技有限公司分别以4.47亿元和4969.73万元现金收购海南国城常青投资合伙企业（有限合伙）100%份额，国城常青核心资产即为金鑫矿业48%股权。 公司当时表示，通过收购金鑫矿业48%股权布局锂矿资源，从而切入 新能源 产业上游核心领域，有利于丰富公司矿产资源品种和优化主要产品结构，进一步提升公司的可持续发展能力。下一步，公司还考虑根据实际情况择机继续增持金鑫矿业股权。（王屹） （文章来源：上海 证券 报·中国 证券 网）
