1月6日，上交所发布《关于对福建省港口集团有限责任公司及其4家子公司名下 证券 账户实施限制交易等措施的通报》（以下称《通报》）。该《通报》透露，2023年12月29日收盘集合竞价阶段，福建省港口集团有限责任公司名下 证券 账户在交易 兴业银行 过程中，以明显偏离股票最新成交价的价格大笔申报成交，构成收盘集合竞价阶段拉抬股价的异常交易行为。上交所自2024年1月2日起依规对相关投资者名下 证券 账户紧急采取了暂停交易的监管措施。 经查，上述异常交易行为严重扰乱市场正常交易秩序，违规情节严重。经上交所纪律处分委员会审核，决定对福建省港口集团有限责任公司予以公开谴责，并对福建省港口集团有限责任公司及其4家子公司名下证券账户实施限制交易6个月的纪律处分。 上述纪律处分决定记入证券期货市场诚信档案。同时，上交所责令福建省港口集团有限责任公司公开进行说明，并对其实施监管谈话，要求相关主体提交合规交易承诺书。 （文章来源：证券时报网）
