1月6日，全国政协经济委员会副主任、中国国际经济交流中心副理事长宁吉喆在第28届（2024年度）中国资本市场论坛上致辞表示，从2023年1至11月的数据来看，经济增长、就业、价格、国际收支等宏观指标稳中有进，预计全年能够实现预期目标。 “过去一年，中国经济增速前低、中高、后稳，预计2023年四季度经济增速大概率超过三季度，2023年中国 GDP 总量有望达到126万亿元，中国经济增长对世界经济增长的贡献率预计仍将达到30%。”宁吉喆称。 在宁吉喆看来，2024年我国经济发展面临的有利条件强于不利因素，新的一年我国经济恢复仍处于关键阶段，经济回升向好的道路上机遇仍大于挑战，希望和困难同在，希望仍多于困难。巩固和增强经济向好的态势，要加大宏观调控力度，为巩固发展经济回升向好态势提供政策支撑。宏观调控最重要的是把握方向、力度、重点和节奏，要强化逆周期调节，继续实施积极的财政政策和稳健的 货币 政策，提质增效，用好财政政策的空间，工具箱里面还有很多工具，如提高赤字率、增加财政支出、增加地方专项债额度、用好和 增发 国债、落实结构性减税降费政策，同时稳健的货币政策要灵活适度、精准有效。 （文章来源：上海 证券 报·中国 证券 网）
