记者10日从应急管理部获悉，国家防灾减灾救灾委员会办公室、应急管理部近日派出多个工作组进行 调研 ，了解受灾群众温暖过冬情况。 据应急管理部有关负责人介绍，此次工作组深入河北、黑龙江、吉林、山西等17个重点省份，特别是近期发生地震和低温雨雪冰冻灾害的地区，实地调研了解灾区倒损住房恢复重建、受灾群众过渡期安置和冬季取暖保障等工作。 这位负责人表示，此次调研旨在加强对受灾群众冬春救助等工作的指导帮助，督促指导受灾地区应急管理部门落实落细各项工作举措，高效规范有序发放冬春救助款物，会同有关部门加强救助帮扶政策协同衔接，及时对受灾困难群众开展针对性救助。 针对今年东北、华北等地遭受严重灾害、冬春救助任务较重的情况，应急管理部会同财政部及早部署开展受灾群众冬春救助工作。此前，应急管理部已会同财政部向26个省份及新疆生产建设兵团下拨中央冬春救助资金48.46亿元，会同国家粮食和物资储备局向15个重点省份下拨棉衣、棉被等中央救灾物资37万件，支持地方做好受灾群众冬春救助工作。 （文章来源：新华社）
