记者8日从国家卫生健康委获悉，国家卫生健康委、中央宣传部、全国总工会等六个部门近日联合印发《关于进一步做好无偿献血者激励奖励工作的通知》，要求各地有关单位提高无偿献血者的荣誉感和获得感，激励更多社会公众关心、参与无偿献血。 通知要求，认真落实献血法，做好无偿献血表彰奖励工作，鼓励积极探索完善无偿献血者激励措施。加快推动“三免”政策落地实施，让荣获无偿献血奉献奖、无偿捐献造血干细胞奖的献血者，可按照当地政策享受免费乘坐公共交通工具、免费游览政府投资主办的公园和免交公立医院普通门诊诊察费。 通知鼓励实现献血者“血费减免一次都不跑”。继续推进无偿献血者及亲属出院时直接减免用血费用工作，实现用血医院全覆盖，优化服务流程，让信息多跑路、献血者少跑路。鼓励无偿献血者及其亲属优先用血，在保障急危重症和孕产妇等重点人群用血前提下，非急诊患者同等医疗状况下无偿献血者及其亲属优先用血。 根据通知，相关部门未来要持续提升无偿献血服务质量和宣传效果，推进“互联网+无偿献血”服务模式，为献血者提供个性化、精细化服务。各地要因地制宜制定无偿献血者优待政策，持之以恒做好无偿献血者激励工作。 据介绍，自1998年施行献血法以来，我国全面建立自愿无偿献血制度，形成政府领导、全社会广泛参与的无偿献血工作格局。25年来，广大无偿献血者无私奉献、踊跃捐献血液，我国无偿献血量和献血人次持续增长，实现临床用血全部来自公民无偿捐献。 世界卫生组织发布的2021年全球血液安全和可获得性现状报告显示，我国无偿献血总量、血液质量安全水平和临床用血合理水平等方面位居全球前列。 （文章来源：新华社）
