昆药集团 1月23日晚间发布 公告 ，公司于近日收到国家药品监督管理局签发的《受理通知书》，公司的2.2 类改良型新药 KPC-149 口服溶液（受理号：CXHL2400095 和 CXHL2400096）的药品临床试验申请已获得国家药品监督管理局受理。 此次获批临床试验的KPC-149 口服溶液是公司研制的一款2.2类改良型新药，适应症为痛风急性发作的缓解与预防和家族性地中海热。对于上述两类疾病用药，与已有的口服固体制剂相比，口服溶液更加方便剂量调整，实现精准剂量给药，降低不良反应，同时提高吞咽困难患者的用药依从性。该新药的开发与公司战略布局相吻合，如未来能成功上市，将进一步丰富公司在老龄健康领域、尤其是肌肉骨骼领域的产品管线。 根据国家相关新药研发法规要求，自受理缴费之日起60 个工作日内，如未收到国家药品监督管理局药品审评中心否定或质疑意见的，申请人可以按照提交的方案开展临床试验。药品需完成法规要求的相关临床试验，并经国家药品监督管理局批准后方可上市。 （文章来源：上海 证券 报·中国 证券 网）
