近日在 上海临港 松江科技城举办的创引新经济·临港联合产业高质量发展创新论坛暨第三届科创引力场年度大会上，工业和信息化部中小企业发展促进中心主任单立坡表示，高质量发展是时代的主题，产业高质量发展是重中之重。“其中，创新型的中小企业、 专精特新 中小企业对于建设现代化产业体系，推动产业高质量发展都发挥着非常关键的作用。” 单立坡表示，作为全国中小企业工作的综合主管部门，工业和信息化部近年来通过政策惠企支持中小企业的发展。特别是着力构建 专精特新 企业的优质培育的服务体系，推动更多的企业走专、精、特、新的发展道路，成绩令人欣喜。截至目前，我国已经培育出省级 专精特新 企业10.3万余家，国家级专精特新“小巨人”企业1.2万余家。 单立坡强调，发展专精特新企业，尤其需要在产业集群中发展，尤其需要园区的积极参与。他说，新的时代下，要推动中小企业的专精特新发展道路，更希望要发挥园区作为产业集聚高地和要素资源集聚高地的作用。 据介绍，工业和信息化部中小企业发展促进中心承担着大量的中小企业服务方面工作，包括国家级专精特新“小巨人”评选认定的评审工作、全国中小企业特色产业集群的遴选认定专家评估工作等。“下一步，我们会高度重视、大力支持临港集团打造专精特新企业发展的高地，为专精特新企业创造更加良好的发展环境，提供更优质的服务，结出更丰硕的成果。”单立坡说。 （文章来源：上海 证券 报·中国 证券 网）
