1月27日，大河财立方记者从 巨人网络 获悉，公司创始人兼董事长史玉柱在2024年公司年会上提到管理层发生变动时表示， 巨人网络 前CEO刘伟并未退休，而是转任 巨人网络 总裁，新任CEO张栋是刘伟亲自挑选的接班人，史玉柱对张栋的领导能力和行业洞察力表示了信心。 据公司此前 公告 ，巨人网络董事、总经理刘伟因个人原因向公司董事会申请辞去总经理职务，辞职后将继续担任公司第六届董事会董事和提名委员会委员职务；新任CEO张栋拥有近20年的 游戏 行业从业经验，曾于2009年加入巨人集团，任《征途 2》等项目产品总监，2013年曾加入 网易 组建 网易 暴雪 游戏 中国发行和电竞团队，发行并运营了《炉石传说》《暗黑破坏神》等多款 游戏 ，2024年起回归巨人网络担任公司CEO。 值得一提的是，巨人网络正在积极布局AI领域，组建AI创新实验室，利用AI技术与游戏玩法结合。谈及对AI技术未来应用的展望，史玉柱表示，AI不仅是技术进步的代表，更是创新游戏开发方式的关键。巨人网络正在探索打造一个AI游戏孵化平台，旨在降低游戏开发的门槛，让没有编程、开发背景的游戏爱好者也能实现自己的创意，使游戏创作变得更加平民化。巨人网络将继续推进AI应用，并确保这一战略贯穿公司的各个方面，对AI的投入和应用是公司长远发展的关键。 据巨人网络2023年三季报，公司实现 营业收入 8.24亿元，同比增长61.96%； 净利润 4.21亿元，同比增长52.36%；去年前三季度实现归母净利润10.85亿元。公司表示，营收增长主要系新品《原始征途》上线以来表现优异，带动收入大幅增长。 （文章来源：大河财立方）
