据微信公众号“宁德住建”日前消息，福建省宁德市住房和城乡建设局、宁德市财政局发布关于支持2024年宁德市春季住房展销会的通知。通知显示，为适应房地产市场供求关系发生重大变化的新形势，促进房地产市场平稳健康发展，帮助开发企业去库存，在参加住房展销会的 房地产开发 企业自愿的原则上，社会公众在住房展销会期间（2024年2月15日至2月24日），购买商品房【新建商业、办公（公寓）类和新建商品住房】可享受优惠政策，即 房地产开发 企业给予每平方米不低于5%的优惠。同时在商品房买卖 合同 备案及契税缴纳后，购房人可申请购房补贴，由所购商品房项目的受益财政给予每平方米200元的补贴，最高每套不超过3万元。 （文章来源：财联社）
