四川在线记者 李欣忆 继1号机组开工建设之后，四川华电内江白马2×475MW燃气轮机创新发展示范项目2号机组也于日前获得省发展改革委核准批复。 2号机组项目位于内江市市中区，总投资为96684万元，将建设1套400MW级燃气—蒸汽联合循环机组。机组配置为1台F级燃气轮机、1台余热锅炉、1台凝汽式汽轮机、1台发电机。余热锅炉同步建设烟气脱硝装置。 四川华电内江白马2×475MW燃气轮机创新发展示范项目备受社会各界关注，因为该项目是全省“十四五”期间首个开工建设的天然气调峰电站，对区域电力调峰保供、强化能源保障安全等具有标志性意义。“项目建成后，相比同等级的燃煤发电机组，可实现年节省标煤20万吨，减碳88万吨。”华电内江发电厂总经理阴友权说。 同时，项目具有启停迅速、灵活性好、调峰幅度高等优点，可保障电网安全可靠运行，保障枯水期及特殊时段安全可靠供应。 “该项目是华电四川公司实施‘以气代煤’转型发展的第一个燃气项目。”华电四川公司党委副书记、副总经理李化霜介绍，项目建成后，不仅能有效提高地区供电能力，而且能提供冷、热、电产品及综合能源服务，将当地资源优势转化为经济发展优势。项目全部建成后，预计每年创造产值约10亿元、上缴税收超1亿元。
