针对目前国际航班恢复存在航点数量不足、国际中转比例不高和民营补充优势待提升等问题，3月6日，全国政协委员、均瑶集团董事长、 吉祥航空 董事长王均金建议，要加大航权储备、促进出入境旅游增长、鼓励民营航司补充拓展枢纽网络，进而通过进一步恢复国际航线，促进出行消费。 王均金认为，除了市场需求的不稳定性、国际关系的挑战以及航司运营成本的压力等宏观原因外，国际航班恢复乏力的重要客观原因之一是国际航点数量不足。对此，王均金建议，要持续巩固双边合作，加大航权储备。 影响国际航班恢复的原因之二是当前我国枢纽的国际中转比例不高。要提升我国枢纽的国际中转比例，王均金建议，可以加大政策支持力度，促进出入境旅游增长。 王均金还表示，可以在大型国际枢纽机场加大对新开加密国际航线的财政支持力度，降低航空公司的经营风险。同时从使馆、政府、行业多方面加大对境外机场保障资源、签证政策、签证审批的协调沟通，减少不利因素。 此外，王均金在提案中谈道，还可以增强机场、海关、边检等相关单位国际航班保障协作，重点提升国际夜航保障能力和中转保障效率，降低国际航班运营成本、便利旅客中转出行，开辟更多具有保障夜航能力的省会机场国际航线，进一步促进出行消费增长。 （文章来源：北京商报）
