5日上午，“爱达·魔都”号、“威斯特丹”号邮轮在海事巡逻艇的护航下，先后靠泊在吴淞口国际邮轮港码头，与“鼓浪屿”号、“蓝梦之星”号一字排开，呈现出“四邮同框”的场面。当日，6200余名乘客集中办理出入境手续。这也是自国际邮轮全面复航后，吴淞口国际邮轮港首次同时靠泊两艘运营邮轮。 吴淞口国际邮轮码头紧邻航道，码头前沿水域船舶交通流密集交织。为全力保障“爱达·魔都”号、“威斯特丹”号短时相继进港靠泊，宝山海事局充分准备、强化联动、精准调控，“一船一策”细化国际邮轮安全监管和服务保障方案，以“避峰靠离”为原则商定最优靠离泊时间，及时通报通航、气象等安全信息，综合运用“ 无人机 +海巡艇+电子巡航”的立体监管手段，科学有效开展船舶流管控疏导。 为助力口岸通关便捷高效，宝山海事局还开辟了邮轮政务服务绿色通道，提高燃油加注等作业申报审批效率，实施窗口前移、政务上船的便利化措施，为船员开展的信息采集等服务。 据悉，2023年上海市政府《推进国际邮轮经济高质量发展上海行动方案(2023-2025年)》明确，到2025年形成由“枢纽港+总部港+制造港”构成的邮轮经济发展上海模式。宝山海事局执法人员表示，将以护邮轮安全、保水域平安为己任，不断优化提升邮轮安全监管和服务保障举措，助力构建船、港、区协同发展的邮轮经济高质量发展新格局，为上海国际邮轮旅游度假区和上海国际航运中心建设贡献海事力量。(完) （文章来源：中国新闻网）
