昨日记者从潮州市潮安区委宣传部获悉，位于潮州市潮安区彩塘镇玉林路的潮州清晖楼侨批文化馆本月正式开馆。这是潮州市首个以侨批为主题的文化馆，免费对外开放，为公众搭建起一个深入了解侨批历史和文化的交流平台。 据悉，清晖楼侨批文化馆面积500多平方米，现有馆藏侨批2000多件，分为历史背景、递送运作、传递美德、特殊贡献、记忆遗产、名人评价、时代印记等七个部分，并设有潮籍华侨先贤专栏和书写侨批体验区。文化馆以图文、实物、影视及场景等方式展现，让参观者了解祖国与侨胞居住国的国情、侨胞故乡的乡情、侨胞家人的家情和侨胞与眷属的亲情以及侨胞的奋斗精神和潮州深厚的华侨文化。 汕头市档案馆侨批分馆名誉馆长、潮州清晖楼侨批文化馆名誉馆长林庆熙表示，清晖楼侨批文化馆是目前所知的潮州市首家以侨批为主题的侨批文化馆，它立足大潮汕，重点突出潮州先侨“过番”的历史，是潮州市潮安区宣传侨文化、做好侨文章的一张闪亮的名片。 （文章来源：广州日报）
