近日，工信部发布《工业和信息化领域 数据安全 管理办法（试行）》，管理办法围绕以“到2026年底基本建立工业领域 数据安全 保障体系”的总体目标，分别从企业侧、监管侧、产业侧等方面明确各工作目标，致力于实现企业保护水平大幅提升、监管能力和手段更加健全、产业供给稳步提升。工信部 网络安全 管理局相关负责人在解读该文件时表示，数据是 数字经济 时代的关键新型生产要素，与国家经济运行、社会治理、公共服务等方面密切相关，保障 数据安全 已成为事关国家安全与经济社会发展的重大问题。 浙商证券 认为，2021年6月《数据安全法》发布以来，监管部门对于工业领域数据安全管理的要求和牵引动作层层递进，此次文件发布代表着我国工业领域数据安全建设与监管工作进入加速通道，同时也有望推动其他行业的数据安全管理工作快速推进。 （文章来源：界面新闻）
