曾经的“运动品牌第一股”贵人鸟公司近日风波不断，前因涉嫌信披违规被证监会立案，又因为不当言论收到了来自上交所的监管警示函。 截至23日收盘， ST贵人 报0.95元，总市值近15亿元，股价已连续11个交易日低于1元，公司正处在面值退市边缘。 贵人鸟成立于2004年，由林 天福 创立，是国内最早生产、销售各类休闲运动鞋的公司之一。2014年，贵人鸟在上交所上市，成为“A股运动品牌第一股”。2016年贵人鸟 业绩 开始出现下滑，公司股价也在2015年到达69.37元顶峰后开始出现下滑。2018年贵人鸟开始陷入亏损，2019年、2020年又接连亏损，2021年，泰富金谷帮助贵人鸟进行破产重整，成功扭亏。公司2023年业绩预报显示，预计实现归属于上市公司 股东 的 净利润 亏损4.85亿元。 经公司初步核算，2024年4月末，公司需要偿还的司法重整留债债务本息合计约2.1亿元。对此， ST贵人 进行了一系列自救，例如在2月22日晚间， ST贵人 披露拍卖 公告 ，拟拍卖一部分资产，控股股东泰富金谷继续增持公司股份。 （文章来源：深圳商报）
