据央视新闻2月17日报道，彭博社援引知情人士消息称，美国拜登政府正在就向 英特尔 公司提供超过100亿美元（约合人民币711.94亿元）的补贴进行谈判。目前谈判正在进行中。 这将是美国政府引导 半导体 制造业回归美国计划中的最大一笔资金授予。报道称，对 英特尔 的补贴可能包括贷款和直接赠款。据悉，负责监督美国《芯片与科学法案》资金支付的美商务部此前已经宣布了两项规模较小的拨款。美国商务部长雷蒙多本月早些时候表示，美商务部计划在两个月内，从政府用于促进 半导体 制造业的390亿美元资金中进行几笔拨款。 自拜登上任以来，晶片公司在美国的投资已超过2300亿美元，拜登政府的目标是到2030年至少建立两个领先的制造业集群。 英特尔 在晶片行业的主导地位曾持续多年，但近来已落后于亚洲竞争对手 台积电 和三星电子，这两者在美国亚利桑那州和得克萨斯州都建立了自己的工厂。 （文章来源：澎湃新闻）
