3月31日，记者查阅沪深交易所网站，发现部分首发在审企业进入中止审核状态，还有少量在审企业恢复审核，原因显示均与更新财务资料有关。 记者向市场专业人士了解到，申请首发上市的企业被中止审核或恢复审核，均是依据规则进行的常规操作。按照规则要求，首发企业申请文件中的财务资料有效期不得超过九个月，如财务资料已过有效期，则需要补充提交，交易所将中止审核，发行人需要在中止审核后的三个月内更新财务资料，更新后交易所将恢复审核。临近2024年3月底，使用2023年半年度财务资料申报的首发企业，财务数据即将过期，需要依规中止审核；同样，2023年12月底因财务资料有效期届满而中止审核的企业，此时完成财务资料更新，陆续恢复审核。 （文章来源： 证券 时报网）
