随着监管层优化再融资安排，今年上市公司完成定增募集资金同比骤减逾六成。 据统计，按上市日计算，截至3月26日，年内已有51家公司完成定增，合计募资666.8亿元，而去年同期共有94家公司完成定增，合计募资1979亿元。总体来看，今年以来不管是定增家数还是募资额均同比大降，其中定增募资额同比下降约66%。 根据统计，今年仅有14家公司定增募资逾10亿元。其中， 中国石化 、 盐田港 、 中直股份 、 重庆百货 、 启明星辰 位居前五名，募资额分别为120亿元、85.1亿元、50.8亿元、47.2亿元、40.6亿元。去年同期，就有 长江电力 、 中国东航 、 中国国航 、 中国电建 、 广东建工 五家公司定增募资规模超百亿元。 值得一提的是， 中国石化 的120亿元定增由控股股东 中国石化 集团全额认购，公司将用募集资金投入清洁能源和高附加值材料的项目建设，这也是今年至今定增募资超百亿的唯一一家公司。此外， 盐田港 通过定增募资85.1亿元，主要是向大股东定增用于购买盐港港口运营公司股权。 记者注意到，部分公司的定增终止。如3月18日， 浙商证券 公告称，截至公告披露日，本次向特定对象发行股票决议有效期届满自动失效，这意味着公司去年推出的定增募资80亿元的方案告吹。另外，奥比中光日前也宣布超15亿元定增方案搁浅。 北方一家券商投行高管分析称，“以往部分公司的定增确实有圈钱的嫌疑，随着监管层审核的加强，未来这类行为将受到抑制。此外，根据新规破发、破净、连续亏损的公司后续再融资将受限。” 自去年以来，A股再融资政策不断优化。去年11月8日，沪深交易所对上述安排进一步细化，并设置了五条“红线”。 （文章来源：深圳商报）
