据央视新闻，日前，农业农村部、公安部联合印发通知，决定自2024年4月1日至7月31日，在沿黄九省（自治区）同步开展2024年黄河休禁渔期专项执法行动，切实维护黄河休禁渔期秩序，推动黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展。专项行动明确四项主要任务： 一是严打非法捕捞行为，持续加大执法投入，创新执法手段，提升执法质效；加强行刑衔接。 二是实施流域分段管控，黄河河源区和上游水域实行常年禁渔，中游和下游水域实行阶段性休禁渔。 三是加强市场销售监管。 四是强化垂钓监管。 两部门强调，沿黄各地渔业渔政和公安部门要强化部门联动、区域联防，以更大力度、更实举措、更高要求，严厉打击各类违反黄河休禁渔期规定违法违规活动，确保黄河休禁渔期制度执行到位、黄河水生生物资源得到有效养护。 （文章来源：界面新闻）
