越来越多的职场人把短视频平台当作自己的“充电站”，利用碎片化的时间学习充电。其中，技术技能类培训视频尤其受欢迎，让更多年轻人看到不同行业的特色，这种效应长期积累，会吸引更多对职业 教育 有认同的年轻人投身其中，也有助于人们终身学习。（3月13日《工人日报》） 短视频平台受职场人士追捧，主要是因为它去除了学习中的几个痛点。一是学习时间碎片化。职场工作千头万绪，生活节奏也随之加快，上班族难有充足的时间去学习新技能。短视频平台资源丰富，可以边刷边搜，适合通勤、做家务的时候充电。二是知识传播视觉化、互动化。当代社会生活是高度可视的。视觉化、互动化的传播方式很适合快速掌握职业技能、汲取学习经验。这对在职场上需要换道超车的人来说，的确创造了更多学习的机会和可以链接的平台。 当然，凡事有一利必有一弊。培训视频的高度选择性及其内容的博杂，也为善用活用增加了难度。有的职业 教育 专家提醒说，职业技能短视频往往只能提供“一堂小课”，还不能提供“一套课程”。就目前而言，培训短视频更像是一种辅助的角色，有助于为职场人士降低接受再 教育 的门槛。但从长远来看，职场无论如何充电，都要解决电力能否持久的问题。克服追求速成的心态，是每个职场人士提升自我时要注意的问题。 培训短视频受热捧，也让人们看到了 职业教育 的潜在需求，那就是对媒体融合的渴求。接下来，只有加快媒体融合速度，系统化的知识服务创新才会更贴近需求。 （杨博） （文章来源：广州日报）
