今年全国两会，全国政协委员、香港特别行政区特首政策组专家组成员、毕马威中国前副主席龚永德建议，建立“+H”品牌促进 证券 市场发展。 具体而言，一是挑选20至30家现在上海或深圳上市的优质公司到香港发行H股，让海外资金可以直接投资。倘若香港股票市场的优质公司数量增加，在香港发行的金融产品及衍生工具也会更加丰富，有利于吸引更多海外资金（包括离岸人民币）到香港投资，促进人民币国际化。二是挑选20家左右目前只在香港上市的优质公司到上海或深圳发行新股，让内地投资者可以直接投资这些公司及与其有关的衍生金融产品。 龚永德认为，有别于现在的“南向通”和“北向通”，因为境外投资者现在不能通过“北向通”投资与内地上市公司有关的衍生金融产品，内地的投资者也不能通过“南向通”投资与香港上市公司有关的衍生金融产品。 “能在多地上市的公司，都是经过挑选出来的优质公司，多地上市有助于这些公司融资。此外，品牌效应有助于吸引共建‘ 一带一路 ’国家等其他国家的优质公司分别到香港及内地的 证券 市场上市，让这些在多地同时上市的优质公司品牌（即”+H“品牌）变得更加国际化。”龚永德说。 （文章来源：上海 证券 报）
