4月26日晚间， 国城矿业 发布2023年年报。2023年，公司实现营业收入11.96亿元，归母净利润6271.44万元，扣非后净利润6505.34万元，以上同比均有所下降。公司2023年度利润分配预案为每10股派发现金红利0.18元（含税）。 报告显示，2023年全国锌精矿产量376万金属吨，公司产量5.37万金属吨，占比1.43%；全国铅精矿产量139万金属吨，公司产量0.95万金属吨，占比0.68%；全国1#矿产银产量1.2万吨，公司产量1.68吨，占比0.01%。 截至2023年末，公司下属的东矿、金鹏矿业、中都矿业、宇邦矿业四家子公司保有矿石量29508.55万吨，锌金属量3156073吨，铅金属量1159451吨，铜金属量12556吨，金金属量25572公斤，银金属量19727吨。此外，金鑫矿业锂辉石矿采矿权内矿山保有锂矿石资源量5075.9万吨，其中Li2O资源量675390吨。 值得一提的是，公司重要参股子公司金鑫矿业拥有四川省阿坝州马尔康县党坝乡锂辉石矿的采矿权及外围探矿权，报告期内取得生产规模为100万吨\/年的采矿许可证，该矿山资源储量丰富，矿石品位高且可选性较好，具有可观的开发价值和良好的发展前景。 关于2024年经营计划，公司表示，计划开采铅锌、铜锌、硫铁、铅锌银原矿共计480万吨，计划生产锌、铅、铜合计4.98万金属吨，银72.87金属吨，硫精矿53.59万吨，硫铁粉46.69万吨，硫酸（折92.5%）14.69万吨， 钛白粉 11.6万吨，次铁精矿40.6万吨。此外，金鑫矿业计划开采锂辉石原矿100万吨。 （文章来源：中国 证券 报·中证网）
