4月17日至18日，二十国集团（G20）主席国巴西在美 国华 盛顿主持召开今年G20财 长和 央行行长第二次会议。会议主要就重塑为实现公正转型和气候目标的资金框架、适应21世纪的国际金融架构等议题进行了讨论。财政部部长蓝佛安出席会议并发言，副部长廖岷陪同参会。G20成员国、嘉宾国以及相关国际组织代表等出席了会议。 蓝佛安表示，中国政府致力于完善支持绿色发展的财税、金融、投资、价格政策和标准体系，为加快发展方式绿色低碳转型提供投融资支持并取得积极成效。各方在动员转型和气候资金过程中应坚持共同但有区别的责任原则，发达国家应尽快落实气候资金承诺，并为发展中国家提供技术、能力建设等方面的支持。中方支持构建“更好、更大、更有效”的多边开发 银行 。G20应推动加强多边开发 银行 协同性，通过增资等方式增强多边开发 银行 资金实力，提高发展中国家在多边开发银行决策中的发言权和代表性，反映全球经济格局变化和新兴市场国家贡献。 会议期间，蓝佛安分别应约同欧盟经济委员保罗·真蒂洛尼、德国财政部长克里斯蒂安·林德纳、法国经财部部长布鲁诺·勒梅尔、马尔代夫财长沙菲克、巴基斯坦财长奥朗泽布、印尼财长英卓华等举行双边会见或交流，主要就宏观经济形势、G20财金渠道重点议题及双边合作等交换意见。副部长廖岷陪同参加。 （文章来源：财政部）
