每经记者赵李南 4月30日， 中富通 （SZ300560，股价13.42元，市值31亿元）公告称，于近日收到福建证监局出具的行政监管措施决定书。 今年1月25日， 中富通 披露2023年度业绩预告，预计2023年营业收入为16.5亿元至20.2亿元，归属于上市公司股东的净利润（以下简称净利润）为2900万元至4350万元。 福建证监局表示，2024年4月30日， 中富通 披露业绩预告修正公告称，因应收账款预期信用减值损失计提不充分、调整子公司营业利润、商誉减值等因素，预计公司净利润调减至-5281.7万元，与业绩预告净利润下限相差8181.7万元，公司净利润出现由盈转亏情形。 福建证监局称，中富通上述情形违反了《上市公司信息披露管理办法》的相关规定，中富通时任董事长陈融洁、财务负责人林琛未能勤勉尽责，对上述问题负有主要责任。 福建证监局决定对中富通及陈融洁、林琛采取出具警示函的行政监管措施，并记入 证券 期货市场诚信档案数据库。 中富通表示，公司及相关责任人在收到上述决定书后，高度重视决定书中指出的相关问题。公司及相关责任人将认真汲取本次教训，以此为戒，在期限内向福建证监局提交书面整改报告。 （文章来源：每日经济新闻）
