近日，有媒体发文称，在万科现金流紧张的背景下，王石自动放弃2023年千万元退休金与万科共度艰难时刻。对此第一财经从知情人士处求证到，该信息属实。 王石是万科集团（02202.HK， 2.SZ）的创始人，历任万科集团总经理、董事会主席，于2017年6月卸任万科集团董事会主席，现任万科集团董事会名誉主席。 wind数据显示，2006年～2011年期间，王石在万科每年的年薪在248万元～857万元不等，2012年～2016年期间，王石的年薪均接近或者超过1000万元，最高年薪为2013年的1590万元。退休的2017年，王石在万科领取的薪酬约595万元。 此外，2006年至2017年退休，王石一直持有万科集团股票，从2006年的63万股，陆续增长至2017年的762万股。 根据2017年万科集团的年报，为充分肯定王石过去33年对公司做出的不可替代的贡献，经审议，董事会委任王石先生为董事会名誉主席。作为名誉主席，王石并非本公司之董事、监事或高级管理人员，不参与公司治理。 不过，虽然不参与万科集团的治理，但王石仍能在万科集团领取“退休金”。王石曾在一档访谈栏目中称，自己是万科的终身荣誉董事长，工资按照原来的不变，退休金加起来一年1000万元出头。 实际上，不光是王石，近年来随着公司现金流紧张，万科集团管理层已经不止一次主动降薪。 2021年，万科集团归属母公司的净利润从415亿元降至225亿元，降幅46%，万科面临上市三十年来第三次利润下滑，郁亮当年自愿放弃其2021年度全部奖金，当年领取税前薪资154.7万元。 2023年，万科集团净利润继续下降至122亿元，年度报告显示，万科集团8位高管自愿放弃2023年度奖金，万科集团董事会主席郁亮在万科集团领取的薪资下降至127万元。另外，自报告披露之日起，万科集团董事会主席郁亮、总裁祝九胜、监事会主席解冻自愿领取月薪税前1万元。 （文章来源：第一财经）
