2024年5月26日，深交所向 *ST中润 （SZ 000506，收盘价：2.24元）发出问询函：针对“ 你公司 2023 年财务报告被年审会计师出具带与持续经营相关的重大不确定性段落的无法表示意见的审计报告，其中，无法表示意见所涉事项为：你公司以山东中润集团淄博置业有限公司100%股权、济南兴瑞商业运营有限公司100%股权，与深圳马维钛业有限公司持有的新金国际有限公司51%股权进行置换，该资产置换于2023年8月7日完成交割。2023年8月11日，马维钛业股东由严高明等自然人及机构变更为山东瑞石物业管理有限公司，马维钛业实际控制人也因此变更为自然人任波。截至审计报告日，年审会计师未能就马维钛业在前述资产置换完成后4天即发生股东变更的原因，该变更是否涉及潜在的关联方关系及关联交易、是否与资产置换交易构成一揽子交易，以及资产置换和股东变更两项交易的商业实质获取充分、适当的审计证据，也无法判断该事项对中润资源财务报表可能产生的影响。”等情况，深交所提出包括“请你公司说明马维钛业原股东、任波及其关联方与你公司及控股股东、实际控制人、公司董监高及其关联方是否存在关联关系或任何形式的业务和资金往来、合作渊源等可能造成其他利益倾斜的情形。”等要求。 截至发稿， *ST中润 市值为21亿元。 （文章来源：每日经济新闻）
