本报杭州5月25日讯（记者李景）到今年5月，中国（温州）数安港开园已满2年，数安港以 数据安全 为基础，以“数安、企安、人安”为价值理念，现已建立起全方位合规制度体系。 2年来，数安港产业规模跃上新台阶，目前已落地中国电子、 每日互动 等311家企业，发布数据产品344个，成交6.6亿元，覆盖交通运输、金融服务、医疗健康、城市治理等重点领域；与深圳、上海等地的数据交易所签署战略合作协议，设立了医疗健康、交通物流、 中国移动 、中国广告协会等10个国家级 数据安全 实验室与创新基地，从制度、技术、市场3个层面破解数据“不敢开放、不会开放、不愿开放”的行业难题。 温州市委书记张振丰表示，温州已初步打响“数安”新品牌，也走出了一条数据价值化路径，上线了公共数据授权运营应用场景全国第一单，开出了数据资产确认登记全国第一单，并打造国家 数据要素 综合实验区示范园区。 目前，数安港已经建成51万平方米供相关企业直接入驻的办公条件。通过不断完善联合计算平台、安全可信数据空间、公共数据授权运营域等方面的基础设施建设，让数据价值高效流转起来，温州“点数成金”的基建优势不断扩大。 未来，温州将统筹推进数据产权流通交易、收益分配、安全治理，加快构建数据基础制度体系，培育发展以数据为要素的新质生产力，向着“世界一流数据强港”“全国一流数据交易中心”“中国 数字经济 新高地”目标迈进。 （文章来源：经济日报）
