中国贸易救济信息网消息，6月3日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定Wi-Fi路由器、Wi-Fi设备、网状Wi-Fi网络设备及其硬件和软件组件（Certain Wi-Fi Routers, Wi-Fi Devices, Mesh Wi-Fi Network Devices, and Hardware and Software Components Thereof，调查编码：337-TA-1361）作出337部分终裁：本案行政法官于2024年5月30日作出初裁和建议救济措施，即如果本案存在侵权，建议对经由列名被告中国广东普联技术有限公司、中国香港TP-Link Corporation Limited、美国TP-Link USA Corporation、美国TP-Link Research Institute USA Corp.出口到美国或在美销售的涉案产品发布有限排除令，对列名被告发布禁止令，并就上述建议救济措施涉及到的公众利益征求意见。 2023年5月3日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定Wi-Fi路由器、Wi-Fi设备、网状Wi-Fi网络设备及其硬件和软件组件启动337调查。 2023年4月3日，美国Netgear Inc.向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品侵犯了其 知识产权 （美国注册专利号7,936,714、10,681,698、10,278,179、9,468,025、10,327,242），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。 中国广东普联技术有限公司、中国香港TP-Link Corporation Limited、美国TP-Link USA Corporation、美国TP-Link Research Institute USA Corp.为列名被告。 （文章来源：界面新闻）
