近日，国际货币基金组织（IMF）上调今年中国经济增长预期至5%，相比今年4月发布的《世界经济展望报告》中的预期上调0.4个百分点。 海外观察人士纷纷表示，国际机构上调中国经济增长预期，凸显中国经济发展潜力大、韧性足、增长前景乐观。中国经济的稳定和积极增长对跨国企业营商有好处，对地区合作与发展有好处，对全球经济恢复有好处。 “中国总是让大家感到惊喜！”德国联邦经济发展和对外贸易协会主席米夏埃尔·舒曼在接受新华社记者采访时表示，近几十年来，总有媒体唱衰中国经济，称中国经济存在这样或那样的风险，但中国经济不断增长，取得了可喜的成绩。舒曼说，中国政府今年以来宣布了多项支持经济增长的举措，提升了市场信心，推动IMF等国际机构上调中国经济增长预期。 （文章来源：新华社）
