6月6日，一则关于“沪市股票程序化交易最新监控关注要点”的消息在网上流传。消息称，沪市将重点监控“全天累计秒内撤单超过500次”“全天撤单笔数\/委托笔数，占比超50%”的程序化交易情形；如上述两个条件同时满足，则会被监管重点关注乃至发函。 据《每日经济新闻》记者了解，近期监管的确正在制定程序化交易细化政策，但目前尚未定稿。 5月15日，证监会制定发布《 证券 市场程序化交易管理规定（试行）》，自2024年10月8日起正式实施。《管理规定》对 证券 市场程序化交易（市场通常称为量化交易）监管作出全方位、系统性规定，是强化市场交易行为监管的重要举措。根据当时的新闻稿， 证券 交易所正在抓紧起草实施细则，基本成熟后将对外公开征求意见。 下一步，沪深北交易所、证券业协会、基金业协会还将出台有关业务规则，明确异常交易监控、增值行情收费、高频交易差异化收费、委托协议范本、北向程序化交易监管、突发性事件处理、技术系统管理、主机托管、系统接入等各项具体安排，预计将成熟一项、推出一项。 （文章来源：每日经济新闻）
