6月5日消息，重庆渝富控股集团有限公司公告称，公司面向专业投资者公开发行面值不超过100亿元（含100亿元）的公司债券已经上交所审核通过，并经中国证监会同意注册。 本次债券采用分期发行方式，本期债券名称为重庆渝富控股集团有限公司2024年面向专业投资者公开发行公司债券（第一期），分为两个品种，品种一为10年，品种二为30年。债券简称为24渝富01（品种一）、24渝富02（品种二）。本期债券为24渝富02，发行规模不超过人民币15亿元（含15亿元），票面利率为3.27%。 本期债券牵头主承销商簿记管理人为 中信建投 证券 ，联席主承销商为 西南证券 和平安 证券 。经中诚信国际综合评定，发行人主体信用评级为AAA，本期债券评级为AAA，评级展望为稳定。 值得注意的是，本期债券同时创下了两个“全国首单”——地方国企首单30年期债券和交易所市场首单30年期公司债券。 募集说明书显示，本期公司债券募集资金扣除发行费用后，拟将不超过15亿元（含）用于偿还有息债务等符合相关法律法规的用途。本期债券募集资金拟偿还有息债务的范围如下： （文章来源：大河财立方）
