6月22日，华商基金发布公告称，自2024年6月21日起，苏金奎新任董事长。原董事长陈牧原因董事会换届于同一天离任。 公告显示，苏金奎现任华龙 证券 股份有限公司党委副书记、总经理、董事，曾任华龙 证券 股份有限公司投资 银行 部项目经理，计划财务总部会计、副总经理、总经理，华龙 证券 股份有限公司总会计师、副总经理。曾就职于化学工业部化工机械研究院、上海恒科科技发展有限公司。 天眼查数据显示，成立于2005年的华商基金，其第一大股东系持股46%的华龙证券，而华龙证券的第一大股东系甘肃金融控股集团有限公司。同时，深圳市五洲协和投资有限公司、济钢集团有限公司分别持有华商基金34%和20%的股份。 根据天天基金网数据统计，截至今年5月底，华商基金的资产管理规模达到1325.66亿元，其中非货币规模超1100亿元，旗下公募基金经理有24人，该公司目前处于行业“腰部”位置。 陈牧原在2019年7月出任华商基金董事长时，彼时其管理规模仅超200亿元。他到任之后，华商基金的核心管理层开始趋于稳定，近年来该公司的管理规模一路攀升，在他离任时规模增加了约1100亿元。 （文章来源：中国证券报·中证金牛座）
