新华社郑州6月11日电（记者马意翀）记者从河南省水利厅获悉，由于高温干旱持续，目前河南省已达到轻度干旱等级，6月11日河南启动水旱灾害防御（抗旱）四级应急响应。 据介绍，5月份以来，河南省平均降雨量较多年平均值偏少七成多，加之近期持续高温天气，土壤失墒严重，旱情持续发展，对农业生产造成较大影响。依据《河南省水情旱情预警发布管理办法》和《河南省水利厅水旱灾害防御应急预案》有关规定，目前河南省已达到轻度干旱等级，河南省水利厅决定自6月11日16时起启动水旱灾害防御（抗旱）四级应急响应，要求相关单位按照工作要求做好抗旱工作。 此前，河南省水利厅已加强灌溉水源调度管理，根据下游抗旱灌溉需要，加大下泄流量，最大限度保障灌区灌溉用水；加强水源调度，做好抗旱水源保障。（完） （文章来源：新华社）
