本报讯 （记者刘琪）6月11日，中国人民 银行 公号发布中国人民 银行 货币金银局党支部文章《坚持以人民为中心的价值取向持续优化现金使用环境》。文中提到，受公众支付习惯、现金支付环境、经营主体经营模式及成本控制等多方因素影响，整治拒收现金工作需要与相关行业主管部门进一步强化协同，共同优化现金收付生态。 下一步，中国人民 银行 将深入贯彻党中央、国务院决策部署，围绕“现金兜底”总体目标，保持定力、久久为功，持续优化现金服务环境建设。一是进一步强化综合治理。巩固完善整治拒收现金会商机制，将整治工作与行业管理深入协同、综合施策，着力解决导致拒收现金的难点问题。二是进一步提高现金服务水平。督促指导银行业金融机构打造渠道多样、配置灵活、获取便利的市场化零钞服务模式，形成常态化机制，保障人民群众多元化现金需求。三是进一步优化现金使用环境。持续宣传引导、巩固网格管理、强化暗访排查、加大执法力度，规范各类场景现金收付行为，不断提升现金使用体验。 （文章来源： 证券 日报）
