为切实保障市管交通建设项目端午节期间生产安全稳定，做好交通建设工程施工安全和文明施工监督管理，促进各责任主体提高质量安全管理水平，按照重庆市交通运输综合行政执法总队工程质量监督支队部署安排，端午节期间，值班人员在互联网+远程监控视频大厅，对各建设项目开展了远程视频监控巡查工作。 值班人员采取随机抽查的方式进行，根据当日视频清晰程度、现场施工状态等因素合理确定抽查工点和检查内容。对发现的施工现场安全隐患和质量问题，值班人员第一时间电话通知相关从业单位联络人员并要求及时进行整改，对不能立即整改的安全隐患和质量问题，填写《远程视频监控问题交办工单》，联系项目所属大队督促整改，并将整改落实情况资料报指挥中心存档，形成工作闭环。 本次巡查共抽查在建项目6项目次，合同段9个，工点10个，发现事故隐患和质量问题6处，电话提醒从业单位整改6处。通过本次节日期间对各在建交通项目的远程视频监控巡查工作，进一步推进落实了“互联网+”监管工作，加强了对在建交通工程项目的实时监管，为探索精细化的智慧执法新形式奠定了基础。 上游新闻记者王渝凤 （文章来源：上游新闻）
