近日，证监会官网披露的信息显示，瑞穗 证券 （中国）有限公司（以下简称“瑞穗 证券 ”）的设立申请已于6月19日获得受理。 近年来，外资机构加速抢滩中国市场，积极在华展业。2020年以来，星展 证券 、大和证券等外资控股的券商陆续获批设立。今年3月22日，外资独资券商渣打证券宣布正式展业，4月15日，证监会核准法国巴黎 银行 在中国设立的法巴证券（中国）有限公司。 此次拟在中国申请设立证券公司的瑞穗证券，属于日本最大的金融控股集团日本 瑞穗金融 集团旗下金融机构。公开资料显示，2023年11月22日，瑞穗证券株式会社提出成立证券公司的申请；当年11月29日，中国证监会发出了补正通知。若顺利获批，瑞穗证券（中国）将成为继野村 东方证券 和大和证券之后第三家日资券商。 截至目前，中国内地共有11家外资控股券商，其中4家外商独资券商，包括 高盛 （中国）证券、 摩根大通 证券（中国）、渣打证券，以及法巴证券；7家合资券商包括汇丰前海证券、野村东方国际证券、瑞银证券、瑞信证券、 摩根士丹利 证券（中国）、大和证券、星展证券。 （文章来源：广州日报）
