近日， 悦安新材 在接待多家机构调研时表示，公司当前正在积极研发非晶材料，为一体成型电感客户提供更多的材料组合方案。应用于精密结构件和一体成型电感方向的粉末产品构成主要营收来源，二者收入占比均衡。 公司方面表示，公司在一体成型电感用粉体材领域深耕十余年。一体成型电感因其工艺要求，使用羰化工艺和高压雾化法生产的粒度较小、球形度好的细粉制成的电感在高频工作环境中损耗较小，同时其具备小型化特点，被广泛应用在笔记本电脑、计算机的主板、显卡等电子电路板中。一体成型电感向CPU\/GPU等微处理器提供供电及滤波功能，随着微处理器性能迭代提升、功耗加大，对一体成型电感的需求也在逐渐增长。同时，随着汽车行业向 新能源 化和智能化转型，在汽车电子领域，车载电感中的一体成型电感占比正在缓步提升。 据了解，羰基铁粉、雾化合金粉和非晶粉末均可制作一体成型电感，在磁导率、高频损耗等性能、价格及应用领域方面存在一定差异。公司通过自主研发，已掌握基于羰基铁粉、雾化合金粉制成软磁粉末的工艺，并在包覆工序已形成技术积累，目前正积极开发非晶材料，旨在为客户提供多元化产品方案。 （文章来源： 证券 日报）
