7月以来，上市公司回购再扎堆。从回购金额看，不少公司计划回购金额过亿元。从回购用途看，近期，不少上市公司回购股份用于减少注册资本。 　　 ST万林 公告，拟以1.5亿元-3亿元回购公司股份，回购价格不超过6元\/股，本次回购的股份将用于减少注册资本。 　　有的上市公司发布董事长提议回购公告后，火速形成正式的回购方案。 　　 卓郎智能 7月5日晚间公告，为维护公司全体股东利益，推动公司“提质增效重回报”行动方案落实，基于对公司未来发展前景的信心及价值的认可，公司董事长潘雪平提议公司以自有资金通过上海 证券 交易所交易系统以集中竞价交易方式回购公司已发行的人民币普通股（A股）股票并全部用于注销。随后，公司火速形成正式的回购预案，回购资金总额不低于5000万元（含），不超过1亿元（含）。 　　数据显示，截至7月5日收盘， 卓郎智能 股价报1.46元\/股，收盘涨幅为9.77%。 　　有的上市公司将之前发布的回购方案中的用途更改为回购用于注销并减少注册资本。 　　 中银绒业 公告，因公司未能在规定的期限对2021年回购股份中剩余的1558.91万股股票实施员工持股计划或者 股权激励 ，为提高公司长期投资价值、维护广大投资者利益，公司拟将上述剩余股份变更回购用途，由原方案“用于实施 股权激励 或员工持股计划”变更为“用于注销并减少注册资本”。 　　中国企业资本联盟副理事长柏文喜对中国 证券 报·中证金牛座记者表示，上市公司回购用于减少注册资本，相当于缩股，对于一些濒临1元\/股的 低价股 而言，意义重大。 （文章来源：中国 证券 报·中证金牛座）
