香港机场管理局(机管局)3日发表2023\/2024年报。年报指出，于财政年度内，香港国际机场的航空交通量录得显著增长，预计于2024年年底前完全复苏。 　　根据年报，于财政年度内，香港国际机场的客运量及飞机起降量分别跃升264.5%及92.1%至4520万人次及309650架次。机管局表示，近期旅游高峰期的客运量及飞机起降量均恢复至疫情前水平的80%，预计于2024年年底前完全复苏。 　　航空货运方面，受惠于电子商贸的强劲需求，该财政年度内，机场货运量达450万吨，较上一个年度增加9.1%，令香港国际机场于2023年再度成为全球最繁忙货运机场。 　　机管局表示，三跑道系统将于2024年年底竣工及启用，届时全部三条跑道将投入运作，并会因应客运需求，分阶段启用相关客运设施。三跑道系统将提升机场客货运处理能力，分别增至每年1.2亿人次及1000万吨，支持香港航空业的长远发展，巩固香港国际机场作为领先国际枢纽的地位。 　　为巩固全球领先的货运机场地位，机管局为广东省东莞市及香港国际机场之间的海空货物联运推出先导计划，其后与东莞港务集团签订协议，成立合资公司，发展香港国际机场东莞空港中心。 　　此外，年内，机管局首次涉足港元公开机构债券市场，发行40亿港元高级票据，获投资者热烈反应。机管局亦成功发行50亿港元香港国际机场零售债券，让公众参与三跑道系统项目发展。(完) （文章来源：中国新闻网）
