为坚决贯彻落实习近平总书记7月5日重要指示精神，财政部、应急管理部紧急预拨5.4亿元中央自然灾害救灾资金，支持湖南等地做好洪涝、地质灾害及森林火灾救灾工作。其中，预拨湖南、安徽、江西、黑龙江、江苏、浙江、湖北、重庆、贵州9省(市)洪涝及地质灾害救灾补助资金5.03亿元,重点用于搜救转移安置受灾人员、排危除险等应急处置、开展次生灾害隐患排查、倒损民房修复等工作；预拨内蒙古、山西2省(区)森林火灾救灾补助资金0.37亿元，重点用于应急抢险救援。财政部要求有关省（区、市）财政厅（局）抓紧将资金拨付灾区，及时了解掌握灾区应急救援资金安排和资金需求，采取措施全力保护人民群众生命财产安全，并切实加强资金监管，充分发挥资金效益。 （文章来源：界面新闻）
