记者近日从哈电集团哈尔滨 电机 厂有限责任公司了解到，6月29日至7月3日，哈电集团哈尔滨 电机 厂有限责任公司自主研发的世界单机容量最大的扎拉500兆瓦冲击式水轮机模型，在中国水利水电科学研究院水力机械实验室圆满完成验收试验。 　　大唐西藏能源开发有限公司、西藏大唐扎拉水电开发有限公司、中国大唐集团科学技术研究总院有限公司水电科学研究院、长江勘测规划设计研究有限责任公司、哈电集团哈尔滨 电机 厂有限责任公司等单位代表和特邀专家参加本次验收。 　　验收组就初步模型试验结果、模型验收试验大纲进行充分分析讨论，确认了模型验收试验流程、试验项目和具体工况，并参与全程见证了模型的安装、调试、试验和尺寸检查全过程，验收试验结果与初步试验结果吻合良好。 　　经验收组专家认定，哈电电机开发的扎拉冲击式水轮机模型最优效率、加权平均效率均为国内最高，达到世界先进水平，其他各项性能指标均满足保证值要求，一致同意500兆瓦冲击式水轮机模型验收通过。 　　位于西藏自治区的扎拉水电站共装设2台单机容量500兆瓦冲击式机组，哈电集团哈尔滨电机厂有限责任公司负责其中1台套机组的研制。项目研发期间，哈电集团哈尔滨电机厂有限责任公司水力研发团队开发专用计算程序，通过优化水斗型线，找到水轮机性能设计的最优解，经过多轮迭代优化设计和试验验证，实现水轮机性能的跨越式提升。 （文章来源：经济参考报）
