据新华社北京7月16日电记者16日从应急管理部获悉，当日全国正式进入防汛最关键时期。经多方会商研判，当前防汛形势严峻复杂。 　　国家防总办公室、应急管理部当日组织气象、水利、自然资源、住房城乡建设等部门进行防汛专题联合会商，视频调度四川、河南、山东、甘肃等10省份，分析研判雨情汛情发展态势，研究部署防汛关键期防汛抢险救灾工作，细化重点地区工作措施。 　　根据会商结果，当前鲁豫苏皖等地强降雨持续，局地极端性强、致灾风险高；陕甘等地地质条件脆弱，山洪和地质灾害风险突出；四川盆地降雨与前期高度重叠，次生灾害易发多发；长江上中游、淮河干流水位可能复涨，堤防巡查防守压力大。 　　应急管理部有关负责人指出，各级各部门要以“船到中流浪更急”的警醒扎实做好防汛救灾各项工作。 　　此外，国家防灾减灾救灾委员会办公室、应急管理部16日会同国家粮食和物资储备局向河南、山东两省紧急调拨救灾毛巾被、家庭应急包等1万件中央救灾物资。应急管理部组织国家减灾中心针对河南南阳局地洪涝灾害开展应急监测。 （文章来源：解放日报）
