本周A股震荡盘整，各大股指涨多跌少。上证综指全周累计涨0.37%至2982.31点；深市表现稍弱，深综指全周跌0.46%，深 创业板综 指微跌0.06%。沪科创50指数全周大涨4.33%，北交所的北证50指数大涨4.61%。 　　周一国家统计局公布了不少6月份或第二季度经济指标，其中6月份社会消费品零售总额同比仅增2.0%，故市场情绪受到些压制。周二央行在释出流动性方面的动作有所加大，当天A股表现较好。周三股指呈震荡拉锯格局，北交所独自暴涨，但沪深股指下跌。周四情形却恰好相反，即沪深股市上涨，而北交所大幅回落。 　　周五A股小幅低开，但其后的走势还算不错，到收盘时各大股指大多翻红，仅北交所小跌。 　　由A股这两周表现来看，整体上还算较平稳，接下来A股有望维持盘整格局，等与“稳增长”相关的具体政策细节出台后，届时A股可能会有机会展开上攻。在“稳增长”方面，个人觉得政策多半会比较重视刺激内需，建议投资者重点围绕这一点进行布局。 　　其实在我看来，提振消费不应该只是短期应急，而应该涉及到根本性的结构性改革，即我们应建立起某种机制来确保消费在GDP中占比得到“永久性”的提升。 　　下周一投资者不妨先关注下本月的LPR利率，看看会否会“意外”降低。虽说之前LPR利率大多可根据MLF利率推断，但近期央行实际上在利率控制工具方面已有所创新，而这次LPR利率定盘应该正是个很好的观察点。 （文章来源：每日经济新闻）
