据中国贸易救济信息网消息，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）7月26日投票决定对特定光动力治疗系统及其组件和与之结合使用的药品（Certain Photodynamic Therapy Systems, Components Thereof, and Pharmaceutical Products Used in Combination with the Same）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1411）。2024年6月26日，美国Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc. of Princeton, New Jersey向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品违反了美国337条款（侵权美国注册专利号11,697,028、11,446,512），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。美国Biofrontera Inc., Woburn, MA、德国Biofrontera Pharma GmbH, Leverkusen, Germany、德国Biofrontera Bioscience GmbH, Leverkusen, Germany、德国Biofrontera AG, Leverkusen, Germany为列名被告。美国国际贸易委员会将于立案后45天内确定调查结束期。除美国贸易代表基于政策原因否决的情况外，美国国际贸易委员会在337案件中发布的救济令自发布之日生效并于发布之日后的第60日起具有终局效力。 （文章来源：财联社）
