8月2日10时47分，上海电网最高负荷首次突破4000万千瓦整数关口。11时11分，创下4030.2万千瓦的新纪录。此外，8月1日，上海日用电量首次突破8亿千瓦时整数关口，达到8.0554亿千瓦时。 　　受强盛而稳定的副热带高压的影响，上海从7月28日再迎新一轮持续高温。上海电网最高负荷随之节节攀升，8月1日一举超过7月8日3885.5万千瓦的上一最高，达3953.4万千瓦，2日则继续刷新纪录。 　　国网上海市电力公司科学研判形势，深挖潜力、多措并举，通过夯实市内保供基本盘、增加市外供应能力、加强需求侧管理，以及科学实施三级调度协同、省间电力交易、尖峰电价削峰、 虚拟电厂 调节等重点举措，有力有效应对今年夏季的高温高负荷考验。 　　目前，上海本地装机容量为2982万千瓦，主要通过“五交四直”九大通道接受外来电，总受电能力为2150万千瓦。随着库布齐—上海±800千伏 特高压 直流输电工程的落地建设，上海将有望于2028年再添一条外来电大通道。 　　上海的负荷密度为0.6005万千瓦\/平方公里，现居全国第一，小 陆家嘴 地区达到16.25万千瓦\/平方公里，是纽约曼哈顿、东京银座地区的2倍。 　　在负荷越来越高、用电量越来越大的背景下，上海的电能也越来越“绿”。从外来电方面来看，年均受入四川清洁水电270亿千瓦时、三峡清洁水电127亿千瓦时，清洁水电累计电量约占上海总用电量的22%。从本地装机来看， 新能源 装机规模发展迅速，目前已突破400万千瓦，到“十四五”末有望突破600万千瓦。 （文章来源：上观新闻）
